Every quarter, Zagosa publishes an anonymised summary of hot-tub chemistry readings recorded in Water Insight & Tracking. Published figures are frozen, limited to one reading per customer each day and withheld below minimum sample sizes. Journalists and researchers may quote the findings with credit to Zagosa.

• Average pH and the share of readings inside the ideal 7.2-7.6 range
• Per-parameter averages and in-range rates when samples are large enough
