How to use

1. Shake the bottle before measuring, as this essence is highly concentrated.

3. In a traditional sauna, stir a small measure, from a few drops up to a capful, into the ladle bucket water.
4. Ladle that scented water over the hot stones to release the cool vapour aroma.
