How to use

1. Drain the spa or lower the water 5 cm below the waterline.
2. Spray Surface Cleaner straight onto the affected area.
3. Let it dwell for 2-3 minutes; do not let it dry on the surface.
4. Wipe it off with a clean, non-abrasive microfibre cloth.
5. Rinse the area with fresh water before you refill.
6. Refill the spa and rebalance the water.

Can I use it while the spa is full?

Lower the water 5 cm below the waterline first; do not spray into the bulk water.

Is it safe for acrylic shells?

Yes. Used as directed, the pH-neutral formula is safe on acrylic, vinyl and tile.

How often should I use it?

At every water change and after any heavy bather event.

How many cleans does 1 L give?

Around 10-15 hot tub waterline cleans.

Will it lift sun cream?

Yes. The surfactants are made to lift sun cream and other bather oils.

Can I use it on pool tiles?

Yes. Spray, dwell 2-3 minutes, wipe and rinse before bathers go back in.

What is the pH of the cleaner?

Around pH 7-8, gentle on shell substrates and on bather skin.

Does it contain bleach?

No. It is bleach-free and chlorine-compatible.

Will it damage the cover?

No. Spray it onto a cloth and wipe the cover underside; do not soak the foam core.

Stain not budging?

Reapply and dwell 5 minutes; finish with a non-abrasive nylon pad.

Tub foaming after refill?

Rinse the shell again, refill, and dose Foam Away if needed.

Surface feels sticky after cleaning?

The product was left to dry. Reapply, wipe straight away, then rinse.

Surface cleaner or filter cleaner?

Surface cleaner targets the visible shell and waterline. Filter cleaner targets the filter cartridge.

Surface cleaner or household spray?

Household sprays often carry solvents that attack acrylic. The Zagosa formula is shell-safe and chlorine-compatible.
