What is the difference between a trade account and Shop & Go?

A trade account means you buy Zagosa stock at trade prices, hold it and sell it on at whatever margin you choose; you own the customer relationship and the fulfilment. Shop & Go means we run a branded shop for you on our domain and fulfil every order ourselves; you place the link and earn commission on each sale.

Can I apply for both routes at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose 'both' on the application. Many retailers keep trade stock for install-day handovers and use Shop & Go for the top-ups customers order afterwards.

Is there a minimum order or a joining fee?

Accepted Answer

There is no joining fee for either route. Trade accounts have no minimum first order, although bulk sizes carry their usual pack minimums. Shop & Go has no minimums at all because you never hold stock.

Question 4

Who is eligible to become a reseller?

Accepted Answer

UK businesses that sell, install, service or manage hot tubs, swimming pools, saunas or holiday accommodation with a spa. Sole traders are welcome; a Companies House number and VAT number help us approve you faster but are not required.

Question 5

Do I have to sell under the Zagosa name?

Accepted Answer

No. Both routes offer an own-label option. For trade stock we can discuss own-brand labelling on larger volumes; for Shop & Go your storefront carries your logo and colours from the header down.

How quickly will I hear back?

Accepted Answer

We read every application ourselves and normally reply within two working days. Approved trade accounts see trade prices as soon as they sign in; approved Shop & Go shops go live the same day.
